We really enjoyed Halloween this year! How could you not with this cute little ladybug!
Boy was she excited! She was so much fun and got right into all the festivities. She still picks up her bucket and carries it all over the house with her. And anytime she wants a "treat" from the bag of candy she looks up at it and and then says to me "twik or tweet." I can't help but give in and give her a piece of her candy.
Now that my brother lives closer to us we have had lots of opportunities of doing things together. They came out to our house that night to go with us. So Lizzie had a chance to trick or treat with her cousin. Here they are getting ready to go get some candy.
We went to the trunk or treat here in our community that night even though it was raining on us. As soon as Lizzie had her first piece of candy (which of course was a sucker) she wanted nothing else. She just wanted to eat that one and wanted it right then.

Earlier this week we went to the pumpkin walk in North Logan for Family Home Evening with Christopher and Courtney. This is something we love to take part in every year. Lizzie had just woken up so she wasn't quite sure what to think in this picture. 
But then she got happy and had a good time. It was fun to see all of the different pumpkin scenes that were done. 
My favorite was the Polar Express.
It is amazing what some people can do with a pumpkin. The artwork on this one was incredible.
Earlier that morning our families supporting adoption group in Logan held a Spook Sprint Fun Run for National Adoption Month. We all attended it and had a lot of fun. Christopher kicked butt, with his wife not far behind him. Next time Koby and I will have to step it up a notch. I only did the mile pusing Lizzie in the stroller so I will really have to step it up. The rest of them ran the 5K. They all did a great job and it was fun to be a part of it.

I love the pumpkin walk! Lizzie's hat matches her coat super! Glad it works for her!
I wish we had some of those fun places closer to us. Lizzie looks so warm in her pink hat and coat. Cute!!!!
Lizzie looks so cute in the ladybug costume! She looked like she was ready as ever! Fun times!
